No. Meal plans are generated by Claude (Anthropic), and per our agreement with Anthropic, your prompts are not used to train their models.

Yes, from inside the app: Profile → Delete Account. Your pantry, plans, ratings, weight log, and account data are removed within 30 days, and backups roll off within 90. Prefer email? support@meros.kitchen works too.
